So back from my insane (to myself) swimming. LOL. So pushed myself a little more today. Instead of 48 laps, i swam 50 laps non stop. 2.5km. Pats myself on the back. haha. Swimming is a great sport to train yourself physically and mentally. Mentally coz i will keep feeling like stopping and i have to tell myself to continue on and on until u finish 50 laps.
Feeling so sore. Wish i had a massaging machine at home. Sentosa trip tmr, hope it'll go smoothly. Section dinner tomorrow!! Dunno how long never unite as a section le. Kudos to anna and myself for initiating. haha. Shall post later if i got things to post ba.
